Plan To Succeed



You may of heard this before, when you fail to plan you plan to fail.. It's true
and when it comes to fuelling your body it's extra super dooper TRUE.
To lose wight or get the most out of your fitness program you need to know
whats on the menu (preferebly for the whole week).

This involves being a "Grown Up''', getting a shopping list together and stocking
the fridge and pantry full of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, wholegrains and
healthy fats and coming up with a plan to make all that taste good.

A wise old fitness guru I look upto (we'll call him Tony) once said ''Not everything
that goes in your mouth needs to be a party'' meaning that for the most part you should
endevour to eat clean healthy meals. I have meet one person in my entire career that manages
to eat clean all the time. As far as the rest of us go a 90% Good 10% Not So Good ratio
will suffice.

Plan, If you're not you'll need to sit down think of all your meals and then write out a shopping
list so you have those ingredients ready for the week ahead.

Dont eat like a 17 year old that just moved out of home. Eat like your life depends on it.. cos it
does!
